Most parts ship straight from the manufacturer's or distributor's warehouse; filters ship from our own shelf in Colorado. We place your order with the warehouse within one business day and email you the tracking number the moment it ships. Transit time is the carrier's, so the tracking page is your best guide to the delivery day.
Street addresses in the contiguous United States, Colorado included. We don't ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii or US territories at this time. Some parts can't be sent to California; their product pages say so.
Most new, uninstalled parts can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email support@sivadlights.com first for a return authorization. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page.
